THIS GOLDEN LIGHT MEDITATION IS 10 MINUTES LONG
This Golden Light Meditation manifested after I went for a walk today. It was a brisk 25 degrees, but the sun was shining brightly. It’s rare for the sun to shine in Central New York in December . When it happens it best to take advantage of it if you can.
Getting fresh air and taking time in nature is one of the most rejuvenating things we can do. When I got home I felt invigorated and energize. I felt drawn to share this energy with the world and it came out creatively as this meditation. The warmth of the sun on my skin and the golden light shining in my eyes were the inspiration.
