UNCONDITIONAL LOVE GUIDED MEDITATION

Unconditional Love, one of the best feelings on Earth. Right?

I believe at the core of our existence we all want to experience unconditional love. We all want to feel that deep connection and knowing that we are loved for exactly who we are.

Even when you make a mistake, it’s nice to know you’re loved.

What if I told you….

You can still feel anger, sadness, frustration, and fear and still feel unconditional love?

It’s not as difficult as you think to love unconditionally?

It’s as easy as removing the conditions you’ve placed on your self?

Would you believe me?

Would you…

Release the limits?

Be willing to let go of the beliefs that keep you from sharing and receiving unconditional love?

Feel the fears and do it anyway?

Unconditional love becomes possible when you learn to love your self unconditionally.

It’s a process like anything else. But the more you love your self the more love you have to share with others.

I remember as a teen hearing “You can’t love anyone else, if you don’t love yourself” and it took some time for me to wrap my mind around that. And what I came up with a new variation of this saying that expanded my perspective.

“You can only love another as much as you love your self”

Learning to love yourself is learning how to unconditionally love.

Begin with loving you. The more you love yourself the more love you have to share with others.

I believe love is the most powerful energy in the Universe.

I believe Unconditional Love is the mission of humanity.

The ability to hear, see, and feel another person and love them even when you don’t agree with them.

The ability to allow love to pour from your heart in the face of anger, frustration, sadness. A compassion that runs so deep that you can feel all of those emotions and still love.

    I had a headache for hours and headaches are rare for me. I tried relaxing with heating pad on my neck and head. It just wouldn’t stop!
    I began this meditation and felt my headache subside. By the time it ended, not only was my headache gone, but I felt renewed and refreshed!
